We are seeking a highly skilled Contact Centre Agent to provide exceptional services to our patients and referrers.

About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing appointments to maximise customer service and clinic efficiency
  • Providing outstanding customer service and patient care
  • Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with patients, referrers, staff and managers

You will work closely with our patients and referrers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication skills, both in speaking and listening, along with patience and empathy for people in varying situations
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and multi-task between different systems while actively listening
  • High attention to detail and accuracy

Additionally, you will have opportunities to develop your skills and knowledge through comprehensive paid induction training and ongoing development.
