The Business Improvement Superintendent will be responsible for leading business analysis and driving continuous improvement initiatives across our operation. This role is crucial in coordinating key projects to achieve forecasted results and milestones.
">Key Responsibilities- Identify and evaluate opportunities for continuous improvement within the operation, escalating and executing strategies as necessary;
- Coordinate and execute key projects across the business to achieve forecasted results and milestones;
- Effectively manage resources and monitor costs within projects;
- Continuously monitor improvements throughout the project life cycle to ensure sustained benefits.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will possess:
- A tertiary qualification in a technical field related to mining operations;
- Extensive knowledge of open-cut mining operations;
- Superior computer skills, particularly in MS Office suite design and scheduling software;
- Excellent interpersonal, cooperative, and facilitation skills for effective communication with various levels of management and external agencies.
