About this Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to take on a key position in our Goulburn region.

Your primary objective will be to develop and maintain strong, trusted relationships with our customers. You will also be responsible for providing high-quality solutions that meet their needs and contribute to their business growth.

Your role will involve:

  • Building a deep understanding of your customers' goals and delivering tailored solutions that benefit both parties.
  • Working proactively within your community to identify new business prospects and opportunities to attract new customers to our portfolio.
  • Partnering with stakeholders to develop and implement localised plans that drive successful outcomes for our customers, communities, and organisation.
  • Driving profitable growth for your local area by meeting sales targets, converting referrals, and achieving outstanding results.
  • Mentoring and growing the skills of your colleagues across the region to support the success of your state team.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline, such as agribusiness or finance.
  • The ability to undertake travel and hold a current "C" class driver licence.

We would also prefer candidates with:

  • Demonstrated expertise in lending and credit risk principles related to agribusiness.
  • Financial analysis skills, including the ability to analyse and interpret financial statements.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of agriculture market conditions, agribusiness products, cash flows, and markets.
