Ecommerce Growth Manager

We are looking for a professional with the ability to drive revenue growth for our ecommerce merchants. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing an enterprise portfolio and possess strong communication, persuasion, negotiation, presentation, and client relationship skills. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive revenue growth through consultative selling techniques and recommend appropriate solutions to take business to the next level.
  2. Advise merchants on best practices to optimize user experience, recommending apps, integrations, features, services, and partners that align with their goals and objectives.
  3. Develop thorough understanding of both products, services, and value proposition and of key attributes of most successful merchants.
  4. Lead resolution of key issues impacting customers and lean on leadership for support and guidance.
  5. Conduct strategic business reviews with clients to implement plans that drive growth and achieve shared goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. 3+ years of experience in managing an enterprise portfolio or direct client consulting and selling within fast-paced environment.
  2. Strong working knowledge/background of ecommerce and marketing ecosystem.
  3. Excellent organization and time management skills and ability to manage sensitive client information and numerous details with ease.
  4. Familiarity with presenting individual and team-based metrics to senior leadership teams.
  5. Proficient in Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Apps.
