Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize strong ServiceNow testing experience to deliver high-quality results.
  • Work effectively in Agile methodology with excellent communication skills.
  • Develop and maintain thorough reporting and documentation skills.
  • Triage defects efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Strong background in Government Industry is advantageous.
  • Excellent functional testing experience is essential.
  • Good knowledge of defect management practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
