Senior Technical Assurance Lead

This role is part of a high-performing team responsible for ensuring the integrity and reliability of critical payments systems.

  • To achieve this, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Assurance Lead to define and implement a non-functional test strategy for Payments Settlements Portfolio projects and BAU changes.

Key Objectives:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive non-functional test plan that encompasses performance, failover, recovery, and other non-functional testing types.
  • Improve the overall non-functional test process maturity and shift-left test capabilities.
  • Lead and develop individuals and teams to achieve goals and deliver target outcomes.
  • Support coordination and planning of testing activities aimed at minimising risk while achieving high levels of quality.

Your Background

  • Extensive experience in leading, planning, and supporting the testing of non-functional changes to mission-critical systems.
  • Proven ability to lead, direct, and guide the work of technical assurance team members.
  • Strong technical and problem-solving skills in managing challenges with "Shift-Left" implementation approach.

Requirements

  • Degree in IT, Computer Science, or other relevant discipline.
  • ISTQB Advanced Level or equivalent test certifications.
