Logistics Operations Specialist

Seeking an experienced Supply Chain Operations Coordinator to drive the administration and coordination of our supply chain function.
The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience working in a supply chain environment, with strong written and verbal communication skills, and high-level skills in Excel/Google Sheets.
The role requires effective management of the end-to-end process of international freight, including customs documentation, tariffs, export flows, and delivery network upgrades.

- Effectively manage the administration and coordination of the supply chain function
- Manage inbound freight into the USA, including customs documentation, tariffs, export flows, and delivery network upgrades
- Manage inventory levels across all USA warehouses
- Assist with demand planning for the USA market and provide backup support for both USA and Australian supply planning
- Undertake and review procurement activities
- Effective supply and demand planning, including management of planning tools
