Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our transaction execution efforts in the Hospitality, Healthcare, and Education sectors. This role requires strong financial modeling and valuation skills, as well as excellent negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transaction Execution: Lead the execution of deals in Hospitality, Healthcare, or Education sectors, ensuring timely completion and maximum returns.
  • Financial Modeling: Conduct comprehensive financial modeling and valuation to determine deal viability and identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Negotiation and Stakeholder Management: Negotiate terms with stakeholders and manage relationships to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in real estate, healthcare, or education transactions.
  • Financial Analysis: Strong financial analysis skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
