About the Role
As an Orthopaedics Registrar/Principal House Officer, you will be responsible for providing orthopaedic services under the supervision of senior staff. You will document relevant clinical information accurately and concisely in patient charts, conduct interviews, examinations and identify clinical problems, arrange investigations and treatment as directed by consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality orthopaedic care to patients
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of effective clinical services
- Document accurate and concise clinical information in patient charts
- Identify and address clinical problems in a timely manner
- Work collaboratively with senior staff to provide optimal patient care
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Registration as a medical practitioner in Australia
- Completion of postgraduate training in Orthopaedics or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Capacity to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
