**The Company**

A well regarded civil contractor operating in the civil and infrastructure sectors. This company has built up a strong brand and history of projects working in WA and interstate. They have a solid portfolio of clients within infrastructure and mining sectors and have a strong team culture and pipeline to projects for the coming years ahead.

They are currently looking to expand their team with a positive and driven Civil Supervisor specialising in roads and ideally bridge structures looking to take the next step in their career

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a number of civil, roads/highways and bridge/transport structures coordinating with the internal/site teams and liaising directly with other subcontractors and stakeholders. This company has a mixture of civil disciplines:
**Skills and Experience**:

- Proven civil contracting experience in roads, highways, haul roads, infrastructure, bridges, rail, NPI etc.
- Ensure all projects are managed on budget, completed on time, delivered to a high quality with the view to making good margins for the company
- Ensure and plan for the resourcing and efficient use of plant, machinery, equipment and materials on civil projects
- Successfully build working relationships with other contractors, the client and key stakeholders to ensure a continuation of future works and also for the opportunity to get on new tender opportunities
- Work closely with your Site/Project Engineers, Management to ensure efficient delivery, prioritisation & productivity of their projects & crews
