Residential Field Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled Residential Field Service Technician to join our team. This role will involve providing exceptional customer service, diagnosing and repairing equipment, and performing routine maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
- Equipment Repair: Diagnose and repair equipment using specialized tools and documented procedures, identifying required parts and tools as needed.
- Maintenance: Perform preventative maintenance activities on engine and related components, adhering to documented schedules and standards.
- Documentation: Complete required documentation, including service worksheets, timesheets, and warranty claims, via handwritten forms or business system input screens.
- Training: Participate in ongoing training to develop skills and stay up-to-date with business requirements.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure service vehicles and tools are clean and properly maintained.
- Safety: Adhere to all relevant Health, Safety, and Environmental policies and report any incidents to site management and supervisors.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of mechanics and electrical systems.
