Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure meaningful employment opportunities for our participants with local employers
  • Support our participants in developing skills necessary to become job-ready
  • Deliver quality service while adhering to contractual and compliance requirements
  • Enhance participants' employability through targeted training and support service referrals
  • Develop personalized job plans for clear employment pathways
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with local employers and community groups

Suitability Criteria:

We hire people who are driven, solution-focused with a can-do approach. Individuals motivated to go above and beyond for their participants, possessing excellent communication skills, and demonstrating composure and adaptability through the day-to-day challenges of the role.

Requirements:

  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • A current driver's license and a comprehensively insured vehicle
  • A MyGovID (Standard level)
  • Will to complete a National Police Check
  • Ability to pass a Working with Children Check
  • Availability to work onsite Full-Time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
