As a Paediatric Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care to a diverse range of patients in our paediatric area. Your role will involve assessing, planning, coordinating, and evaluating care delivery needs of each patient.
You will work within a multidisciplinary team and participate in clinical and unit-based decision making. Effective communication and the ability to manage rapidly changing situations that affect patient care and workload are essential.
About YouWe are looking for Registered and Enrolled Nurses with paediatric experience who thrive in working within a team and are committed to upholding and promoting the Ramsay Way core values.
To be considered for this opportunity, you will have:
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as a Comprehensive Registered Nurse
- Demonstrated ability to deliver quality patient care
- Demonstrated relevant clinical skills and knowledge in Paediatric Emergency or Paediatric Critical Care
- Knowledge of current legislation and policies relating to nursing practice in the workplace
- Ability to use initiative, self-motivation, work as a team member with minimal supervision
- Demonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
