About This Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Freight Coordinator to join our team and contribute to the safe and efficient movement of airport-to-airport freight cargo.

Prior experience with airside equipment is beneficial, and an aviation background is highly valued. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough GSE safety checks and ensure accurate cargo dispatch with proper documentation.
  • Record and transmit freight manifests accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Provide exceptional client service and foster strong working relationships.
  • Complete and adhere to training in Dangerous Goods, Load Restraint, and Security.
  • Follow all safety protocols, report potential hazards, wear required PPE, and participate in ongoing safety initiatives.
  • Comply with established policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality, and contribute to quality improvement efforts.
  • Perform additional duties as necessary.

Skill & Experience:

  • Familiarity with aircraft load control and CASA regulations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, work independently or collaboratively, and communicate effectively.
  • Self-motivated and proactive individual.

Qualifications:

  • Current Driver's License
  • ASIC (Aviation Security Identification Card)
  • Forklift License
