Job Description:
As a UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for developing engaging and intuitive digital products that exceed customer expectations. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, identify design opportunities, and create visual designs that align with the company's overall strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop high-quality UX/UI designs for software projects, considering usability, accessibility, and visual appeal.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration of designs into applications and marketing campaigns.
- Aid in the development and maintenance of company marketing assets, including branding guidelines and style guides.
- Create professional wireframes, prototypes, and interactive designs using Adobe XD or Figma.
- Design and develop delivery items for all projects, ensuring timely completion and meeting project milestones.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Interactive Visual Design or equivalent.
- Expert proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Sketch, Figma, or XD.
- Portfolio/Experience with wireframing & prototyping programs like Adobe XD or Figma.
- 1-2 years working experience in the industry, preferably in a similar role.
- Produce high-quality professional documentation, including design concepts, prototypes, and final designs.
- Experience with designing ideas using user journeys, user personas, and user feedback to produce UI designs.
- Be an innovative thinker and have a high attention to detail.
