About the Job:

We are seeking a talented Engagement Manager to lead strategic consulting workstreams and develop innovative solutions for our clients. You will work closely with executive teams to structure and lead consulting engagements, shaping compelling analyses and presenting findings.

The ideal candidate will have approximately 5+ years of strategy consulting experience at a leading management consulting firm, with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. They will also possess excellent written and oral communication skills, strong interpersonal and influencing abilities, and a willingness to learn and share knowledge.

As part of this role, you will identify information sources, gather and interpret data, and present findings to clients. You will also facilitate workshops to help clients achieve their desired outcomes and develop new ideas for our practice.

To be successful in this position, you must have a strong understanding of strategy consulting principles and the ability to apply them in a logical and efficient manner. You will work closely with senior team members to manage multiple projects concurrently and drive individualized career plans.
