About This Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Baker to join our team in a fast-paced bakery environment. As a key member of our bakery department, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our customers.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent baking skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. You will be responsible for producing high-quality baked goods, maintaining a clean and safe working environment, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other sweet and savory treats to meet customer demand.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all health and safety standards.
  • Ensure all products are presented attractively and are of the highest quality.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
Requirements:
  • Trade Certification or Diploma in Baking
  • Extensive experience in a commercial bakery environment
  • Excellent baking skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
