Job Summary

A highly skilled professional is sought to manage customer and business relationships in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Key Responsibilities
  • To meet and maintain key organisational revenue targets set by the business
  • Provide a high level of customer and business support to ensure the timely collection and recovery of all monies relevant to both residential and commercial customer accounts
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in a customer service / credit management environment
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of customer service principles, practices and customer-centric behaviours
  • Communication and interpersonal skills to enable efficient, effective and compassionate service delivery and teamwork in a broad range of circumstances
  • Demonstrated working knowledge and understanding of a range of relevant computer systems and applications
