Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding service from the moment guests arrive until their departure.
  • Manage the reception area, including conducting night audits and generating nightly reports.
  • Work during the unique night hours, specifically from 11pm to 7am.
  • Handle a variety of front desk duties, ensuring no two days are the same, from promoting hotel amenities to managing reservations and guest accounts.
  • Share your extensive knowledge of local attractions and amenities with guests to enhance their experience.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Ability to thrive under pressure, multitask effectively, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Excellent communication skills and a commitment to professional appearance.
  • A friendly individual who can uplift both guests and colleagues.
  • A positive attitude and energetic presence that contributes to a vibrant work environment.
  • Experience in Night Audit and/or Accounts is advantageous, as this position can lead to further opportunities within operations or finance.
