Prepare health records for scanning.
Upload electronic documents into the SHR.
Perform quality activities on scanned documents.
Correct identified anomalies in the SHR.
Ensure and maintain the accuracy of patient information electronically.
Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality in accordance with SJGHC policy.
Perform HIS Clerical duties as directed.
Respond to telephone and face-to-face enquiries from other departments and external organisations for requests for patient information.You will have sound written and verbal communication skills and demonstrate commitment to customer service.To succeed you will have to demonstrate ability to work in a team environment.Above all, patients will be at the core of everything you do committing to and supporting our Mission and Values.
