Strategic Aged Care Project Manager

The Clinical Project Manager, Geriatric Outreach Service is a senior role that leads and manages state-wide strategic projects and reform initiatives related to aged care and disability programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage complex projects relevant to the development and implementation of the Geriatric Outreach Service with Local Health Networks (LHN)
- Provide specialist advice to Department for Health and Wellbeing, SA Government and non-Government agencies as required
- Contribute as an integral team member of the Integrated Care Systems Directorate of Department for Health and Wellbeing
This role requires strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and manage complex projects. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
