We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee daily operations and strategic initiatives, ensuring high-quality services for older individuals in the community.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Foster a culture of accountability and integrity among staff and volunteers.
- Develop and implement innovative projects that meet client needs and funding obligations.
- Oversee budgets and financial reporting, including funding applications.
- Provide strategic advice on sector reforms, risk management, and organisational performance.
About You
To succeed, you will have:
- Extensive experience in aged care, understanding sector reforms.
- Operational leadership, project management, and compliance skills.
- Strong financial management experience, including budgeting and grant applications.
- Able to lead and develop staff in a values-driven environment.
- High-level communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
Desirable Qualifications
- Conversational language skills or experience working with multicultural communities.
- Experience in fundraising and community engagement initiatives.
