Procurement Specialist

Our team is seeking an experienced procurement specialist to join our organisation. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of procurement principles and practices, with experience in preparing tender documentation and evaluating supplier proposals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with organisational goals.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify potential suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Support tendering activities, including preparing documentation and evaluating submissions.
  • Provide advice to stakeholders on procurement best practices.
  • Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and supplier agreements.
Requirements:
  • A degree in procurement or a related field.
  • Experience in procurement within infrastructure or construction environments (Vic Gov experience desirable).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
