Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and organized Maintenance Operations Specialist to oversee the workflow of our field teams.

This role involves coordinating the installation of equipment, managing schedules, and communicating with clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in scheduling, risk assessments, and WHS, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and manage daily/weekly schedules for field personnel
  • Coordinate the installation of equipment such as flexi-hoses, smoke detectors, and minor home maintenance tasks
  • Serve as the main point of contact between clients, tradespeople, and management for scheduling needs
  • Maintain and send detailed reports and documentation of assessments, recommendations, and follow-ups to clients
  • Monitor ongoing jobs and make real-time adjustments to schedules as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in scheduling, trades, or services
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of risk assessments and WHS
  • Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
  • Considerable knowledge of efficient and time-effective bookings
  • Knowledge of trades industry terminology and workflow
