Job Title: Field Service Engineer

This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a leading company in the field of energy storage and optimisation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing field service activities, actively supporting project teams during commissioning, addressing technical issues at customer installations, maintaining relationships with customers, preparing analytical reports, and serving as a local technical advisor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on battery energy storage systems
  • Support project teams during system commissioning and testing
  • Address technical issues at customer sites
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication
  • Prepare detailed service reports

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent work experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Willingness to travel

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years' experience with battery energy storage systems
  • Knowledge of electrical engineering principles
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
