Job Description
  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, mobiles, printers, and network issues.
  • Handle onboarding/offboarding and access requests.
  • Assist with asset management and IT purchasing.
  • Evaluate complex issues and escalate as needed.

Our ideal candidate has an Information Technology related qualification or equivalent experience, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • IT related qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Active Directory & Group Policy.
