About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Team Leader to join our team at Repco. As a Retail Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising plans to create an engaging and attractive store environment
  • Manage and maintain store standards, including inventory management, stockroom organization, and visual displays
  • Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives and implement company initiatives
  • Provide coaching and training to sales associates to improve their skills and knowledge
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a retail leadership role, preferably in a large format retail store
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Valid driver's license (manual preferred) to assist with deliveries
