SAP Business Analyst Position

We are seeking a skilled SAP Business Analyst to support an enterprise-wide ERP transformation program focused on the implementation of SAP S/4HANA.

This role will be responsible for providing strategic business analysis expertise in the design, build, testing, and deployment of the EPPM workstream, applying SAP Activate methodology to deliver best-practice solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, define, and document EPPM system requirements, ensuring seamless integration and efficient operations.
  • Analyse and streamline business processes, identifying opportunities for automation, efficiency, and cost savings.
  • Support solution design, data migration, and system integration activities to ensure successful implementation.
  • Contribute to test planning, UAT, and resolution of implementation issues, maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Develop training materials, documentation, and provide end-user support to ensure smooth adoption of new systems.
  • Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies while ensuring alignment to program objectives, guaranteeing successful outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across business, ICT, and vendor teams, fostering collaboration and trust.
About You:
  • 10+ years' experience as a Business Analyst with expertise in SAP ERP solutions, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and related modules (EPPM, ECC, FICO, MM), with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated experience in ERP transformation, migration, and large-scale implementations, with a focus on process improvement and innovation.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration and project success.
  • Highly developed analytical and reporting skills, with ability to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Excellent organisational, written communication, and emotional intelligence skills, with ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments.

Desirable: Previous experience in large-scale S/4HANA programs in Federal, State, or Local Government, exposure to SAP Noveco, Business Analysis certification (CBAP, CCBA).
