**Job Summary:**

The General Manager, Service Delivery is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing the operational management of water supply services across irrigation, groundwater and rivers. This role involves driving strategic transformation, operational excellence and digital innovation, while ensuring best practice outcomes in safety, customer service, innovation and operational excellence.

**Key Responsibilities:**

">

• Lead high-performing teams of regional and functional managers to deliver against organisational plans and strategies.

">

• Oversee statutory functions, customer experience and technology-enabled service delivery.

">

• Develop and implement digital service innovations to drive business growth and improve customer experiences.

">

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guide cultural transformation and embed values-driven leadership.

">

• Manage large, multidisciplinary functions and influence major reforms to position the organisation as a future-ready, customer-centric and digitally-enabled entity.

">

**Requirements:**

">

To succeed in this role, you will need:

">

• A relevant degree in Business, Engineering, Management or a similar field.

">

• Proven senior leadership experience in operational leadership across water, utilities, infrastructure or complex regional service environments.

">

• Strong record of driving service reform, managing risk, implementing digital innovation and navigating diverse stakeholder environments.

">

• Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and collaboration, delivering measurable outcomes while building a culture of safety, integrity, accountability and high performance.

">

• Outstanding communication skills and the ability to thrive in complex settings.
