Key Role:

We are currently seeking an experienced Project Supervisor to assist in the delivery of a Services package on a brownfield construction project.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple subcontractors, ensuring work is completed in accordance with the current scope of work and contract requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the activities of multiple subcontractors to achieve project objectives.
  • Ensure subcontractors adhere to and understand safety management plans and environmental management plans.
  • Inspect Electrical & Mechanical Construction and Installation works to ensure compliance with design and project specifications.
  • Provide support to engineering and design teams with field changes and future installations.
  • Prepare progress reports and plan future works to ensure scopes are completed in line with target programs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in construction, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Strong level of experience managing multiple subcontractors and tradespeople.
  • Preferable trade background or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record in delivering M&E construction projects.
  • High attention to detail around site safety and quality.
