Senior Field Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Field Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our field services group, you will provide technical support and maintenance for our customers' critical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site technical support and maintenance for RF communications tactical radio equipment in the HF, VHF, UHF, and SHF RF spectrum.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure customers have the necessary skills to operate and maintain their systems effectively.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot complex system issues to determine root cause and recommend corrective action.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement custom solutions for customers.

Requirements:

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE) or equivalent.
  • Military Communications experience essential.
  • Field engineering experience with tactical radio equipment, including training, operation, fault finding, and basic maintenance of military communications equipment.
  • Bachelor's Degree and prior relevant experience.
  • In lieu of a degree, extensive related experience.
