Job Title

We are seeking an experienced Tiling Project Coordinator to play a key role in the successful execution of our projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tiling project management, with excellent organizational and multitasking skills. They will be responsible for developing comprehensive tender documents, sourcing high-quality materials, and coordinating with project teams and suppliers.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive and accurate tender documents, ensuring they meet all project requirements and specifications.
  • Source and procure high-quality tiling materials while maintaining cost-effectiveness and adhering to project timelines.
  • Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to coordinate all aspects of tiling projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.
  • Implement and maintain rigorous quality control measures to uphold the highest standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Foster clear and effective communication channels among team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Proactively identify and address potential issues, offering innovative solutions to keep projects on track.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of tiling materials, techniques, and industry best practices.
  • Proficient in preparing tender documents, material procurement, budget analysis, and forecasting.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Familiarity with relevant software and project management tools.
