We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced State Manager to lead our team in VIC. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales, wage, and financial budgets, while ensuring team members have an inspiring and inclusive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of Area Managers and Store Managers to achieve sales and profit targets.
- Develop and implement commercial business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
- Recruit, train, and retain high-caliber team members who embody the Johnny Bigg brand values.
- Identify and develop high-performing team members to take on leadership roles.
- Coach and mentor Area Managers and Store Managers to improve their skills and confidence.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in state management or a related field.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
- Experience in leading, coaching, and managing a state team.
