Job Opportunity

An Anti Money Laundering Analyst position is available, based in Brisbane or Gold Coast.

This role involves providing critical support to our team by detecting and preventing financial crime.

Responsibilities
  • We are looking for an experienced AML Analyst who can accurately assess Transaction Monitoring alerts, including data review of table and EGM play, cage/account records, bank deposits, telegraphic transfers, surveillance/security reports.
  • The ideal candidate will also be responsible for re-verifying KYC information and escalating customer ID discrepancies.
  • Ongoing activities include reviewing unusual activity referrals from internal employees, assisting in the development and implementation of work plans, setting task priorities, managing workflow, and allocating resources effectively.
  • A key aspect of this role is completing Customer Risk Assessments, compiling thorough reports as required.
Requirements
  • Applicants must have experience as an AML Analyst in a casino, gaming, or financial services environment.
  • A bachelor's degree in Law, Criminology, Economics, or Accounting is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of domestic and international banking requirements is essential.
  • Experience coaching and developing other team members is highly valued.
  • A comprehensive understanding of relevant statutory compliance and reporting requirements is necessary.
