Engineering Excellence Delivery Lead

This role focuses on delivering engineering excellence in the design and development of mechanical systems.
As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering projects that meet client requirements and schedules
- Maintaining high-quality standards across all projects
- Providing technical guidance to junior engineers and peers
- Recommending improvements to engineering processes and systems
- Developing industry networks and contacts through continuous learning
- Collaborating with clients to identify efficiency opportunities and support decarbonisation efforts
- Contributing to a culture of innovation and constructive feedback
You will work closely with a team of engineers, designers, and project engineers to deliver projects to an excellent standard.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in designing oil, gas, and energy terminals or refining
- Proven experience in oil and gas, mining, refining, terminal, tank farm, or bulk fuel distribution in Australia
- A deep understanding of relevant design codes such as ASME B31.3, AS 4041, API 650, ASME VIII, or AS 2885
- Experience in pipe stress analysis using AutoPIPE or Caesar II
- Site, fabrication, or construction experience is advantageous but not essential
- CPEng/RPEQ or equivalent qualification, or near completion
- Excellent communication and writing skills
