Business Restructuring Career

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Business Restructuring Specialists. This is an exciting opportunity to work with clients in financial distress, helping them to urgently restructure and stabilise their businesses.

As a member of our team, you will work on managing Australia's largest and most complex corporate restructures, receiverships, administrations and liquidations. You will collaborate onsite with teams managing the daily operations of distressed businesses, handle creditor inquiries, engage key stakeholders through the insolvency process, and assist in executing sale transactions for businesses and assets.

You will also conduct financial analysis and prepare reports for lenders, regulators and businesses, develop cash flow forecasts and financial models, participate in business development and marketing activities, and research opportunities by analysing financial and market information and reporting findings to Partners.

In this role, you will have a buddy to help you navigate office life, a mentor to guide your career, and access to regular events and activities. You will become a member of Accelerate, our young professionals networking group, and have the opportunity to make a positive difference in your community through charity and industry events.

Requirements
  • You will be a recent graduate or student in your final year of study and will have an accounting or finance degree.
  • You must possess strong problem solving and negotiating skills, excellent analytical, technical and communication skills, and an ability to think outside-the-box.
  • You should have strong interpersonal qualities, focus on delivering excellent client service, and strong academic results.
