Our Restructuring group has managed many of the most complex corporate and government restructures in the Asia-Pacific region.
Our notable projects include appointments over Network Ten, Arrium, FTX, Scott's Refrigerated Logistics, Grocon, and Ansett Australia, and advising Bain on its acquisition of Virgin Airlines.
We also support governments to make the challenging strategic decisions that shape our future and help them to solve the most complex and difficult of problems.Working alongside our Restructuring specialists, this is your opportunity to learn how we look beyond the numbers, taking bold and creative steps to protect and recover value, providing stability and direction in times of crisis.

While no two days will be the same, you can expect to:collaborate onsite with a team managing the daily operations of distressed businesseshandle creditor enquires and engage key stakeholders through the insolvency processassist in executing sale transactions for businesses and assetsconduct financial analysis and prepare reports for lenders, regulators and businessesdevelop cash flow forecasts and financial modelsparticipate in business development and marketing activitiesresearch new opportunities by analysing financial and market information and reporting findings to PartnersBut it's not all about work.
