Home Care Support Worker

About This Role

We are seeking passionate and caring individuals to join our team and help our clients live independently at home for as long as possible.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and connect with clients, assisting with day-to-day tasks such as cleaning, tidying, washing, and other activities outlined in their care plan.
  • Transport clients to appointments and shopping trips.
  • Prepare meals and provide social support or respite for family members/carers.
  • Offer personal care assistance, including showering and dressing (if qualified/fully trained).
What You'll Need to Succeed
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional care to older Australians in the community.
  • The ability to comfortably interact with a diverse range of people.
  • Reliability and teamwork skills.
  • Understanding of workplace health and safety principles.
  • Certificate 3 or 4 in Individual Support highly regarded (but not essential).
  • A current Australian driver's license and access to a registered motor vehicle.
