Catholic Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Administration Coordinator to join our team at St Francis, Grafton. As an Administration Coordinator, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support to our leadership team, managing rosters, and ensuring the smooth operation of our facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees, residents, visitors, and guests
  • Manage the publication and fulfillment of the fortnightly roster, ensuring all shifts are filled with suitable employees
  • Assist with occupancy of rooms and create a welcoming home environment
  • Provide high-quality service to families and the community
Requirements:
  • A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high-quality care to the elderly
  • Proven administration experience in a busy role
  • Cert II or III in Business Administration or similar
  • Ideal experience with Humanforce for shift/roster management
  • Able to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team
  • Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willingness to apply for a Police Check and NDIS clearance
