Landscape Planning Expertise

We are seeking a Chartered Landscape Architect with strong landscape planning expertise to take a key role in our landscape planning offer. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of the planning system and excellent written and analytical skills.

Leadership Opportunities

This is an opportunity for early advancement within our business, particularly suited for someone who is keen to take on a leadership role now or in the near future. You will be responsible for managing projects at all stages, from feasibility through to planning applications and appeals.

Project Experience

Our current portfolio extends across various sectors including residential schemes, commercial developments, renewable energy, public realm projects, education, recreation, care and hospitality, and urban greening initiatives. You will work on a range of project types, including feasibility appraisals, landscape character assessments, strategic capacity studies, green infrastructure strategies, and LVIA & EIA.

Requirements

  • CMLI certification
  • Excellent written and analytical skills
  • A comprehensive understanding of the planning system
  • Strong client management and leadership skills
  • Driving licence valid in the UK
  • Right to work in the UK
