About The Position

We're currently seeking a dedicated General Practitioner to join our team and serve the vibrant Franklin, TAS area, servicing Aged Care facilities on-site. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in a growing community while maintaining a great work-life balance, surrounded by beautiful landscapes and attractions.

What We Offer

  • Competitive Pay: Earn $2,000 per day (for an 8-hour workday).
  • Supportive Team: Work alongside nurses, telehealth geriatricians, physicians, and strong administrative support.
  • Patient Volume: See approximately 25 patients per day.
  • Flexibility: Enjoy part time hours, working 1 day per week (with potential for more as the region grows). You choose your day of work
  • Regional Exploration: Opportunities to travel around the region and explore new areas.
  • Professional Growth: Ideal for GPs interested in Aged Care, with room for career development in our expanding organisation.

What We're Looking For
  • AHPRA Registration: General or Specialist registration (no conditions). Please note, overseas applicants without RACGP Fellowship need not apply.
  • Availability: Able to work 1 day per week, with the possibility of increased hours as the region expands.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in system-based reporting and familiarity with various software packages is a plus.

Requirements
  • A personal laptop is required to perform the duties of this position.

Non-Vocationally Registered GPs: If you're nearing completion of your RACGP or FACRRM Fellowship, we'd love to hear from you. Daily Rate: $1,700 to $1,800 per day.
