We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead our multidiscipline teams and oversee large-scale projects.

Responsibilities
  • Direct project work, coordinate team efforts, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Manage complex projects with high technical complexity, involving a large project staff.
  • Produce and coordinate multiple projects concurrently.
  • Foster strong client relationships, participate in marketing, contractual, design, and production meetings.
  • Conduct work sessions for deliverable development with other staff and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate staffing and workload throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring completion of deliverables on schedule.
  • Monitor project finances, adjust work effort with the team to meet budget and schedule requirements.
  • Collaborate with leadership for periodic project reviews.
  • Implement quality control procedures.
  • Mentor less-experienced Project Managers and supervise large project staffs.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 10 years of relevant experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of project management experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, estimating, and scheduling software, as well as project management software.
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to interact with various design teams.
