Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced individual to assist our bakers in the production of high-quality baked goods. As a Baker's Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting bakers with the preparation, mixing, and shaping of dough
  • Maintaining production equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Packaging and labelling baked products to meet customer and regulatory requirements
  • Maintaining a clean and organised work environment in accordance with food safety standards
  • Providing excellent customer service and assisting with other duties as required
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a bakery or food production environment
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow recipes and production processes accurately
  • Good physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods of time
  • A keen interest in baking and a passion for creating high-quality baked goods
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
