I am excited to be recruiting a newly created position as Engineering Manager to join their team.

The Role

As the Engineering Manager, you will take on a key leadership role within the business. Reporting to the Construction Manager, you'll oversee engineering operations, champion innovation, and ensure the successful delivery of technically challenging projects across a range of sectors to include roads, rail, utilities, structures and renewables.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide engineering support a team of Project Managers across a range of projects.
  • Oversee project engineering activities, ensuring high-quality delivery, strong programs and cost control across all projects.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to develop innovative solutions to projects.
  • Leverage your expertise in engineering to enhance project outcomes and operational efficiencies.
  • Work as part of a proven leadership team while enjoying the autonomy to shape the role and make an impact.
Estimated Salary Range: $150,000 - $180,000 per annumKey Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A tertiary qualification in engineering or similar.
  • A track record of delivering major civil infrastructure projects, including roads, utilities, rail, structures and renewables.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead and mentor teams.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, fostering strong client and stakeholder relationships.
  • A forward-thinking mindset and a passion for driving innovation and success.
