Make a Lasting Impact

We are seeking an Employment Consultant to shape the future of employment in Australia and help build inclusive communities where everyone can thrive.

You will manage a caseload of participants living with mental health conditions and provide tailored support to empower them to achieve their employment goals.

  • Deliver services using the Individual Placement & Support (IPS) Model, the world's most evidence-based approach to employment for people with mental illness.
  • Support participants through every step of their journey, from vocational profiling to placement and ongoing support.
  • Strive to exceed individual and team performance targets and contribute to the overall success of our service.
  • Build strong partnerships with local employers to create inclusive job opportunities.
  • Work collaboratively with NDIS and community providers to ensure wrap-around supports for participants' wellbeing.

Celebrate participant achievements and foster resilience, confidence, and long-term success.

About Our Opportunity

We have been transforming lives for over 30 years through allied health, disability, employment, and workplace rehabilitation services. We are committed to creating a diverse, supportive, and flexible work environment.

We strongly encourage applications from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, people with lived experience of mental health, culturally and linguistically diverse communities, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and working parents.

What You Will Need
  • A relevant Certificate III or higher qualification in Employment Services, Community Services, Mental Health, or a related field.
  • Experience in employment services, mental health support, or disability services.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with participants, their supports, and employers.
  • Business development skills and local employer connections.
  • A current driver's licence and your own vehicle.
  • The ability to obtain all required clearances, including NDIS, Working with Children, and Police Check.
