You will manage a caseload of participants living with mental health conditions and provide tailored support to empower them to achieve their employment goals.
- Deliver services using the Individual Placement & Support (IPS) Model, the world's most evidence-based approach to employment for people with mental illness.
- Support participants through every step of their journey, from vocational profiling to placement and ongoing support.
- Strive to exceed individual and team performance targets and contribute to the overall success of our service.
- Build strong partnerships with local employers to create inclusive job opportunities.
- Work collaboratively with NDIS and community providers to ensure wrap-around supports for participants' wellbeing.
Celebrate participant achievements and foster resilience, confidence, and long-term success.

What You Will Need- A relevant Certificate III or higher qualification in Employment Services, Community Services, Mental Health, or a related field.
- Experience in employment services, mental health support, or disability services.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with participants, their supports, and employers.
- Business development skills and local employer connections.
- A current driver's licence and your own vehicle.
- The ability to obtain all required clearances, including NDIS, Working with Children, and Police Check.
