Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Paralegal to join our team. This exciting opportunity will involve working with some of our largest clients on a range of complex and challenging matters.

The day-to-day role will entail:

  • Assisting solicitors in the preparation of legal documents, including pleadings, affidavits and correspondence.
  • Managing timelines for a portfolio of litigated work, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met.
  • Preparing and submitting reports to key stakeholders.
  • Conducting thorough research and analysis of relevant laws and regulations.
  • Organizing and maintaining case files, ensuring all documents and information are up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Communicating effectively with clients and external parties, including courts, solicitors and other stakeholders.
  • Performing general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry and record management.

We are looking for an individual who possesses:

  • Previous experience as a litigation paralegal;
  • A high level of attention to detail and personal responsibility;
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Familiarity with document management systems and practice management software would be advantageous.
