Legal Support Position

This is an excellent opportunity for a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Legal Secretary.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to a Partner and their team in a respected commercial litigation firm.

About the Role
  • Draft, edit, and format legal documents and correspondence to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage digital and physical files and matters with utmost care and organization.
  • Prepare court documents and briefs for counsel, ensuring that all necessary information is included.
  • Co-ordinate scheduling, email management, travel bookings, and other logistical tasks with professionalism.
  • Accurately complete monthly billing and time entry using legal software, maintaining high standards of record-keeping.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, barristers, and courts through clear and concise interactions.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Legal Secretary, preferably with litigation background.
  • Proven skills in document preparation, time management, and ability to work independently within a team environment.
  • A professional, approachable demeanor with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
