Be part of a dynamic culinary team as an Executive Chef where you will create and execute menus, manage kitchen operations, and lead by example. Our hotel is a sophisticated retreat with luxurious rooms, outdoor swimming pool, and fitness centre. Located near the Perth Convention Centre and Brookfield Place commercial precinct, we offer a perfect blend of comfort and convenience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement innovative menus that meet customer needs
  • Manage kitchen resources, including inventory and supplies
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing kitchen team
  • Ensure exceptional food quality, presentation, and consistency
  • Maintain a safe and healthy kitchen environment
Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 months of full Australian Working rights
  • Physically based in the Perth Metropolitan Area or willing to relocate
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Minimum 2 years of a la carte experience in a similar role (hotel background preferred)
