Strategic Business Growth Manager

The position of Strategic Business Growth Manager plays a pivotal role in driving business expansion across various industries. Key responsibilities include identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Proactively identify and develop business opportunities within sectors such as mining, energy, and infrastructure.
  • Lead the sales process including market research, opportunity qualification, proposal development, presentations, and negotiations.
  • Respond to tenders, EOIs, and RFPs ensuring high-quality submissions that align with client needs and service capabilities.
  • Nurture trusted relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in client organisations.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to deliver tailored, commercially viable solutions.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and reporting using CRM systems.
  • Represent the organisation at industry events, conferences, and site tender meetings.
  • Contribute to the development of strategic sales plans and growth initiatives.
