Job Title: Fencing Experts SoughtOpportunity for Experienced Colourbond Fencers

We are seeking a skilled Colourbond fence and gate installer to join our installation team in Canberra. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for working outdoors, excellent communication skills, and experience in fencing or a related trade.

The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, be proactive and solutions-focused, with excellent presentation skills. They will be comfortable working independently and as part of a team, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues alike.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend multiple client sites per day to undertake installations, repairs, and maintenance.
  • Engage with customers to communicate the process and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Use power tools to complete work safely and efficiently.
  • Build a strong rapport with customers to ensure future business.
  • Provide a quality service, including general clean-up when complete.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Previous experience in fencing or a relevant background (metal trades, handyperson, landscaping, building/labouring).
  • Experience with Colourbond fencing an asset.
  • Excellent presentation skills (uniform provided).
  • Ability to work outdoors and enjoy it.
  • Proactive and solutions-focused approach.
